Subaru Forester Base
All of the models in the Subaru Forester inventory feature a 2.5-liter Boxer four-cylinder engine with 182 horsepower and 176 lb-ft of torque. The Forester also has Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, Vehicle Dynamics Control, and Eyesight Driver Assist Technology. The Base and Premium trims feature a Lineartronic CVT with adaptive control. The Forester also has traction control, active torque vectoring, and trailer stability assist.
Every model in the new Forester inventory features auto-on/off headlights, Starlink Multimedia integration and Subaru Intelligent Drive, and 60/40-split flat-folding rear seats. The Forester SUVs also have four-wheel independent suspension, brake assist, a brake override system, and LED steering responsive headlights.
Subaru Forester Premium
The Subaru Forester Premium adds a panoramic power moonroof, X-Mode, and Hill Descent Control to the base model. The Forester Premium also has LED fog lights, a roof spoiler, body-colored folding side mirrors, and a panoramic power moonroof. The All-Weather package on this trim adds a windshield wiper de-icer and heated side mirrors. Raised roof rails and power-adjustable, heated front seats are also standard on the Forester Premium.
Subaru Forester Sport
The estimated fuel economy for the Forester Base, Premium, and Sport is 33/26 MPG. The body-colored folding side mirrors on the Sport trim have integrated turn signals. These new Forester models also have a single stainless steel exhaust outlet. The interior features a water-repellent, sport-cloth upholstery with orange stitching, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a leather-wrapped shifter handle. The cabin is also fitted with a 6.3-inch color multifunction driver display.
Subaru Forester Wilderness
The estimated fuel economy for the inventory of Forester Wilderness SUVs is 28/25 MPG. This is the only trim featuring a CVT with eight-speed manual mode. The maximum towing capacity for the Forester WIlderness is 3,000 lbs, while other trim levels are 1,500 lbs. The Wilderness trim provides 9.2 inches of ground clearance, while other trim levels feature 8.7 inches of ground clearance. This is the only trim that comes standard with all-terrain tires, perfect for off-roading from Washington Township to Deptford Township.
