Larry Printz’s Perspective: Subaru Continues Its Commitment to Horticulture
If you love Subaru, this post should come as no surprise.

For the 16th consecutive year, Subaru of America is the premier sponsor of the Philadelphia Flower Show, the nation's largest and longest-running horticultural event. The show runs from March 11th through March 19th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and benefits the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, which was founded in 1828. The company's sponsorship is a no-brainer, given that Subaru is based in Cherry Hill, N.J., just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia.
Subaru Teams Up with National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) to Reduce Waste in Landfills
Subaru has been on the quest for a “zero landfill” way of life for quite some time, becoming the first auto manufacturer in U.S. history to become “Zero Landfill” in 2004, now all of Subaru’s manufacturing plants either recycle all waste or turn it into electricity—so nothing from the manufacturing of your 2016 Subaru Crosstrek or your 2016 Subaru Impreza is just sitting in a landfill polluting up our world. Now Subaru has announced a new initiative: Zero Landfill National Parks. Check out the video below for more information!
